* Until 815 AM EDT.
* At 220 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Charles Town, Brunswick, Harpers Ferry, Lovettsville, Rosemont, Hillsboro, Waterford, Neersville, Lucketts, Knoxville, Summit Point, Taylorstown and Rippon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: JEFFERSON, WV ... WASHINGTON, MD ... FREDERICK, MD ... LOUDOUN, VA
Instructions:
