Synopsis: A 27 year old male victim was in the area of 400 17th St when he was shot twice. He was shot in the left bicep and upper right hip. The victim was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The suspect was last seen southbound on 17th St in a vehicle. There is no description of the suspect(s). San Diego Police Central Division Detectives are investigating.
