Grandview Amphitheater is hosting KC Summer Soulfest on Sunday, July 14. Due to this ticketed event, NO PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED ON 134TH TERRACE 8AM-11PM. Byars Road will be closed to through traffic from 134TH TERRACE TO 139TH.
