HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA WITH ESTIMATES OF MORE THAN 2
INCHES OF RAIN FALLING IN EASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY SINCE 530 PM.
FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
