Water Main break on RT.23, no water from Bradford Ave to Grove Ave. All business & Town Hall are affected, till noon. 
There is a large water main break on Route 23 in front of the municipal building. The break is affecting the center of town including all the businesses. There will be no water or low water pressure from Bradford Avenue to Grove Avenue along the highway. Town Hall is going to have a delayed opening of 11:30 AM. The Department of Public Works is working to repair the main. The time of repair is estimated to be 11:30 AM. but is subject to change.
