Northwestern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania... Northeastern Hancock County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 326 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ohioville, or near East Palestine, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 60 mph. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages.

* Locations impacted include... Cranberry... Moon Township... Franklin Park... East Liverpool... Aliquippa... Beaver Falls... Monaca... Economy... Ambridge... New Brighton... Beaver... Calcutta... This includes the following highways... Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 18 and 30. Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 77 and 84. Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 31 and 52.
