Construction begins today at Ossining Metro North Station 
Metro-North Railroad will be replacing the roof at the Ossining Train Station this Summer restoring it to its original 1914 glory.
Starting Friday, July 12 some parking spaces will be blocked along the fence on the west side of the tracks on Westerly Road and on the east side of the tracks by Riverkeeper to accommodate construction (see photos above).
While the roof is under construction, the overpass will be open to traffic by there will be no stopping, including pick-ups and drop-offs, so please plan accordingly.
Metro-North will be providing information to commuters regarding the construction and will seek to minimize any inconvenience to its customers during the construction period.
