* At 142 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Gas City, Upland, Fairmount, Jonesboro, Sweetser, Swayzee, Van Buren, Matthews, Sims, Converse, Fowlerton, Landess, Mier, Herbst, Point Isabel, Roseburg, Home Corner, Michaelsville and Normal.
