Synopsis: A 59 year old male riding a 2009 Triumph 1050 Speed Triple motorcycle was in the left turn lane of 6300 Jackson Drive. He decided to continue westbound on Jackson Drive. A red 2000 Honda Accord, driven by a 62 year old male was westbound and moved to avoid the motorcycle, but the two collided in the intersection. The Honda then struck the front of a 2008 Silver Scion XD waiting at a red light at 6200 Cowles Mountain. The motorcycle rider was transported by medics to the hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries. Alcohol was not a factor. Traffic Division responded to the scene and are investigating the collision.

Synopsis: The victim, a 42 year old male and his roommate, got into an argument that turned violent. During the fight the suspect, a 41 year old male, punched the victim several times in the head. He sustained serious injuries. The victim was transported to the hospital by medics and his injuries were not life threatening. The suspect was taken inrto custody at the location. Eastern Division detectives are investigating the incident.
