* At 1033 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 10 miles west of Rib Mountain to 9 miles south of Mosinee to near Whiting to near Plainfield to 10 miles southeast of New Rome, moving east at 60 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
