The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that its contractor plans to lower manhole casting along Lake Harbor Road between Henry Street and Ridgeview Drive today and possibly tomorrow (July 25-26, 2019). Travel will be affected and controlled with flagging operations. Delays are to be expected, including temporary full closures.
