Synopsis: A 29 year old male victim was walking westbound on 4100 Eta St. He got into a verbal argument with some pedestrians that were talking to some people in a car. During the argument a Hispanic male suspect got out of the car and began shooting at the victim. The victim was shot 4 times. He was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The suspect got back into the car which drove away eastbound 4100 Eta St. The suspect description was a Hispanic male wearing a dark jacket. The vehicle was a dark color sedan. San Diego Police Gang Detectives responded to the scene and are investigating.
