E.Longbranch from Monmouth to Newport and Anglesea from Pt. Pleasant to Bayview.
The second area will be :
Atlantic from Anglesea to Newport
Arverne from Newport to Narragansette
Narragansette from Arverne to E.Capemay
E.Capemay from Anglesea to Newport
No area should be without water for more than 3 hours
