Fresh oil and chips on Cindy Circle and Magaro Road. Please drive slowly! Please be advised that on July 29 and July 31 additional construction will occur on Cindy Circle and Magaro Road. Mobile sweeping operations will occur on July 29, which will cause traffic delays. The mobile operation will involve a pilot truck ahead and follow truck behind the sweeper. All traffic will have to queue behind the follow truck until finished. The spraying of the final coating on these road sections will occur on July 31. The traffic control will include lane restrictions and flaggers to allow the product to cure. Again, this operation will cause traffic delays.

Additionally, road work will begin on Creekside Drive on July 29. Given the severity and extent of the repairs, Creekside Drive will be closed to traffic from Highmark to Magaro Road between the weekday hours of 6 am and 4 pm. The work is expected to be finished by August 7. Commuters to Highmark will have to use East Penn Drive/Center Street and residents on the north side will have to use Magaro Road to access their properties. There will be no access from East Penn Drive/Center Street to Magaro Road during construction. Please plan accordingly.
