Township Committee special meeting on Mon 7/29 7:00pm public comment regarding medical marijuana sites in Voorhees 
NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING
VOORHEES TOWNSHIP
In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is being made that the Voorhees Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 7:00pm in the Voorhees Township Courtroom at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, NJ. The purpose is to receive public comments regarding anticipated requests to site Medical Cannabis Facilities within the Township of Voorhees. To date, no applications have been received by the Township and no determinations to accept or reject such facilities has been made by Township Committee.
However, with the advent of legalized medical cannabis in New Jersey, the Members of the Township Committee are interested in obtaining candid citizen input and comments on this most important issue.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend and participate or, in the alternative, submit written comments to the Township Clerk at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, NJ 08043.
Township Committee may consider any other items that may come before the governing body. A public portion will be held.
