July 28, 2019 4:45 PM Update- Expect road closure on Lucas Valley Road the remainder of today and throughout tonight from Big Rock to Westgate Dr. Multiple allied agencies are working on logistics to off-load the fuel safely before the wreckage can be removed and the roadway can be re-opened.
