Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Charles Scott Lower.  
                                                                                         
Mr. Lower was last contacted on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at his residence on the 4000 block of Radnor Avenue, Lakewood.  He has had no further contact with his family.   
 
Mr. Lower is describes as a 43 year-old White male 6’01” tall, 240 lbs., with brown hair, and hazel eyes. 
 
Mr. Lower may have previously been in New York, New York and could possibly be in San Francisco, California. 
 
Mr. Lower suffers from seizures and schizophrenia and his family is very concerned for him. 
 
Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Homicide Bureau, Missing Persons Detail, Sergeant M. Rodriguez, Detective T. Abraham, or Detective M.
