The Torrance Police Department is offering an 11-week program for citizens of Torrance.  The program will be held at the Torrance Police Department Thursday nights from 6-8 PM starting on September 12th, 2019.  All sessions are taught by police officers assigned to various details within the Department. Through this program citizens will gain a better understanding of how the Torrance Police functions. Enrollment will be done online beginning today, July 30th 2019. For qualifications and to sign up, visit the City of Torrance Police website.
