On July 2, 2019 EPD Detectives received a Cybertip from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force via the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children. The tip showed that an IP address located in the 4300 block of Adeline Street had downloaded child pornography. On July 25, 2019 a search warrant was served at a residence on the 4300 block of Adeline Street. During the service of the warrant several electronic devices were seized. During the search of those electronic devices over 1000 images of child pornography were discovered. Ricardo Corona was arrested and booked into the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail for possession of child pornography. On July 29, 2019 Corona was charged for possession of child pornography by the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.
