Phase II SR4 project 
Phase II of the SR4 project will begin this Friday (8/2/2019) morning. Both southbound lanes will be closed. Traffic will be moved into the northbound lanes, where there will be one lane open in each direction. Additionally, there will be no parking on SR4 during this phase.
