Forest City Officers received a call in reference to a larceny of a moped from the Thrifty Motel in Forest City this morning around 2:00 am. The moped is a black 2017 TaoTao with a wolf sticker on the rear fender. The NC tag is MA74105. The suspect is a white male wearing a red baseball hat and dark clothing.
