7/30 – 3:17 a.m. – An officer stopped a vehicle on State Route 163 for a registration violation. The officer found the driver had a suspended driver’s license, and took her into custody. During an investigation a substance containing methamphetamine was discovered in the vehicle. The St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office charged the defendant, Julie N. Duggins age 24 of Florissant, Missouri, with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Her bond was set at $5,000.
