As the City of Red Oak grows, so must the services that we provide to our citizens. The Red Oak Police Department has been in need of more space and this facility annex for administration and support services becomes a crucial asset in our growth and operational functionality. We are very appreciative for the additional space that has been provided.
Effective immediately, the Red Oak Police Department Administrative Offices, Record Offices and Criminal Investigation Offices have been relocated to the new Red Oak Administrative Annex located directly behind the Red Oak Police Department located at 100 Bonham Court. The Red Oak Police Department Operations Bureau, Patrol Division and Red Oak Holding facilities will remain at 547 N. Methodist. The lobby of the Red Oak Police Department located at 547 Methodist will remain open during normal business hours for access to our prescription drug and flag drop boxes.

Directions for summoning an officer to the Red Oak Police Department can be accomplished by following the directions within the front vestibule of the building or you can contact a dispatcher directly at 972-775-3333 and request to speak with an officer about your concern.

I have attached the driving directions and map on the back of this memorandum. The directions are from the Red Oak Police Department located at 547 N. Methodist to the Administrative Annex located at 100 Bonham Court. The telephone numbers will remain the same at 972-617-7632 for the Red Oak Police Department or 972-775-3333 for the Northern Ellis Emergency Dispatch center.
