Synopsis: A Hispanic male suspect entered the US Bank at 3201 University Ave and demanded cash from the teller. The suspect took an unknown amount of money and left the bank. The suspect was located in a vehicle and ultimately stopped on the 5 freeway at Palomar. 32 year old Gustavo Torres was arrested. San Diego Police Robbery Detectives are investigating.

Synopsis: A 19 year old male victim and 2 Hispanic male suspects got into a verbal argument at Kelly Street Park. During the argument one of the suspects pulled out a gun and shot at the victim several times. The victim was hit one time in the left forearm. The suspects fled southbound on 6500 Kelly St. The victim was located 2 blocks away and was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 17-20 years old, wearing a dark shirt, dark pants and a dark baseball cap. San Diego Police Gang Detectives are investigating.
