* At 949 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located east of Assumption, or 11 miles northwest of Shelbyville, moving east at 35 mph. This storm has a history of producing a confirmed tornado. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* This dangerous storm will be near... Westervelt around 1000 PM CDT. Shelbyville and Findlay around 1005 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Eagle Creek State Park and Wolf Creek State Park.
