Special Olympics Wisconsin “Cop on a Rooftop” Event

Rock County Sheriff’s Office will participate in Special Olympics Wisconsin’s “Cop on a Rooftop” on Friday, August 16, 2019, from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Janesville Dunkin’ stores located at 2121 Milton Ave and 1905 Center Ave.
This annual event raises funds for Special Olympics Wisconsin, which provides athletic opportunities for youth and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Sheriff’s Office personnel will stand on the rooftop to collect donations from drive-thru patrons. Sheriff’s Office staff will also accept donations at the entrance. All proceeds support the over 10,000 Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes.
Due to countless generous donors, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office raised $2,865 for Special Olympics Wisconsin during the 2018 “Cop on a Rooftop.”
On the morning of August 16, 2019, 56 Dunkin’ locations across Wisconsin will welcome cops and host “Cop on a Rooftop” events. In support, Dunkin’ will donate $5,000 to Special Olympics Wisconsin.
We encourage everyone to come out to a Janesville Dunkin’ and support Special Olympics Wisconsin.
