8/14/19 - 11:37 a.m. - Police were called to the village's municipal pool for a subject creating a disturbance, and possessing a knife. While attempting detain the subject he resisted. David B. Mueller, age 56 of Columbia, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Resisting a Peace Officer, Trespassing, and Disorderly Conduct.
