Due to unexpected delays, repaving work is continuing into this morning on PV Dr North between RH Rd and PV Dr East. E/B lanes are open, however, W/B lanes will remain closed until approximately 9:30am. A detour has been set on PV Dr East to PCH. Please avoid area if possible
