Synopsis: A 53 year old male was pushing his walker across Texas Street. A 45 year old male was driving a black 2015 Chevy Cruze, southbound on Texas when he struck the pedestrian, mid block. The pedestrian was transported and pronounced deceased at the hospital. SDPD's Traffic Division responded to the scene and are investigating the collision. Alcohol or drugs was not a factor.
