Planned DUI Checkpoint
On Friday, August 23, 2019 between 8:00 PM and 3:00
AM the following morning, the Torrance Police
Department Traffic Division will conduct a DUI/Drivers
License checkpoint at an undisclosed location. The
checkpoint will be funded by a grant from the California
Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway
Traffic Safety Administration. Our Police Department
offers these reminders to ensure a fun night doesn’t get
spoiled with a DUI:
