Officers from the Forest City Police Dept. are attempting to locate a runaway/missing juvenile. Abigail Cantrell is a 13 year old white female with brown hair. She is 5’06” tall and weighs 150 lbs. She was last seen in the area of Owens Dr. in Forest City.
