UPDATE: We wanted to inform the community that 26-year-old Jacob Makwana has been arrested and was booked this morning at the Pomona City Jail.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has filed multiple charges against Mr. Makwana 245PC- assault with a deadly weapon, 23110(b) VC- throwing object at moving vehicle with intent to cause great bodily injury, and 594PC- felony vandalism.

Pomona, we need your help! Have you seen suspect Jacob Makwana or know his whereabouts?
He is believed to be the one responsible for illegal dumping in the area of Towne Ave./60 Freeway and for striking a victims vehicle with a large boulder, ultimately hitting the hood and windshield.
