PSEG will be doing utility work in the roadway on W. Main St. beginning Monday 8/26/19. Work will be conducted 7am-4pm Monday-Friday  weather permitting until the completion of the project. Main St. westbound will be closed to traffic each day during contstruction at Chester Ave. and Mill St. There will be no parking permitted on both sides of the street in the construction zone located in the area of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Main St. eastbound will be open and channeled to proceed along the shoulder/parking spaces in the construction zone. Officers will be on location to assist with traffic.
Expect traffic delays. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
