A water main break occurred around 4am in the 200 block of Franciscan Dr. Residents along Franciscan, La Pera Circle, and Calistoga Ct are affected. EBMUD is on scene. No ETA on restoration currently. Franciscan Dr is closed, street repairs expected to be completed by later today.
