On Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at about 4:45 a.m., deputies with Kern County Sheriff’s Office responded to Havana Smoke Shop at 3221 Niles Street in Bakersfield for a burglary in progress.
Deputies found the rear roll-up door had been damaged, and located the suspect inside the business. Deputies recovered approximately $2,000 worth of stolen merchandise, and estimate damage to the business was $3,000.
33-year-old Yibrian Ochoa was arrested and booked into Central Receiving Facility on felony burglary charges.
