Squaw Valley Resort will be conducting a drill for a simulated evacuation to an area of refuge in the SVR parking lot Sunday September 8, 2019 from 8am to noon. Expect another Nixle message from Squaw Valley Fire Department at 10am this Sunday (9/8/19) to remind those residents that wish to participate in the exercise. SVFD along with North Tahoe Fire and Placer County Sheriff will be on hand in the parking lot for more information and to answer questions.
