Please be aware of a road closure for next week: The Illinois Department of Transportation and a Railroad repair crew will be conducting a repair to the crossing on State Route 121 south of Lincoln. They expect to begin on Monday September 9th at 7:00a.m. and work for a period of 5 days. Any travel between Lincoln and Mount Pulaski will have to find an alternate route. Please keep in mind this means everyone, including first responders, will have to find alternate routes south of Lincoln coming from or going to Mount Pulaski. Any inquiries about the closing should be forwarded to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
