Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Shanell Winne, a 25 year-old Black female who was last seen at the bus stop on Prairie Avenue and Hardy Street, Inglewood on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 4:15 p.m.

Ms. Winne is described as 5’06”, 230 lbs, and has brown hair and wears red/brown curly wig.

Ms. Winne is developmentally disabled. She is known to take the Compton-Inglewood bus route. She takes the #53 North and #117 West to and from home.

Family members have not heard from her since and are concerned for her well-being.
