Suspect(s): Jesocimo Villena Rilles, 54-years-old, Richmond
Pao Chiam Saechao, 44-years-old, Richmond
Petaluma PD officers were dispatched to a shoplifting that just occurred at the Petaluma Kmart. Loss Prevention followed the suspect to a vehicle, which officers stopped just after leaving the parking lot. Jesocimo Rilles and Pao Saechao were contacted in the vehicle and the stolen items were recovered. Rilles was positively identified as the one responsible for the theft.
A search of their vehicle revealed a brand-new generator, which was determined to have been stolen from the San Rafael Home Depot prior to the Kmart theft. Suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located as well. It was learned the thefts were committed by the display of random receipts while passing through checkouts without paying.
Rilles was arrested for burglary, and Saechao for possession of controlled substance, paraphernalia, and a switchblade knife. Both were booked into the Sonoma County Jail.
