The burn ban only applies to areas in unincorporated Montgomery County. Restrictions on burning inside city limits falls back to each municipality. If you live within the City of Oak Ridge North, check with the City to see if burn ban is applicable to you.

This burn ban will be in effect for the next 30 days unless either extended or shortened by the Montgomery County Fire Marshals office.
