Accepting Applications for SHPD Citizens' Academy starting Oct 5th! 
Are you interested in learning more about the Signal Hill Police Department and what we do? The Citizens' Academy is a great opportunity for you to gain insight into law enforcement and your local police department. This year's Citizens' Police Academy will be three sessions - October 5th, 12th and 19th from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at the police station. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and must have no pending criminal cases or felony convictions.
