NO TRAVEL IS ADVISED IN THE CITY OF MITCHELL AND SURROUNDING AREAS DUE TO FLOODING. STAY OUT OF WATER AND CREEK AREAS -- THE CURRENTS ARE VERY STRONG AND CAN CAUSE PEOPLE, ANIMALS AND VEHICLES TO BE SWEPT INTO THE RUNNING WATER. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. DO NOT CROSS BARRICADES WHERE ROADS ARE CLOSED. I-90 WEST OF MITCHELL REMAINS CLOSED AT THIS TIME FOR AN UNDETERMINED AMOUNT OF TIME.
