The Richardson Highway near MP 17 is now open. 
Update #2 & Final (4:55pm): Both lanes are now reopened to traffic near MP17 of the Richardson Highway.
Update #1 (4:10pm): Traffic control measures are in place near MP 17 of the Richardson Highway due to a two vehicle accident. VPD officers are on scene directing traffic. Highway remains partially closed. Please transit the area with caution.
