**LOCATED**. MISSING PERSON - Elaine Ortiz W/F 78yoa Brown hair/Brown eyes. Subject went missing from Sean Way in the Edneyville area of Henderson County earlier this date. Last seen wearing black pants, black jacket, floral shirt and a black ball cap. Ortiz suffers from Dementia. Ortiz was last seen at their residence today around 3pm, it is believed she left her residence on foot.
