On September 14, 2019, during the morning hours, deputies responded to a report of a robbery at a motel in Rowland Heights. Patrol deputies contacted the victim who told them three male adults attempted to “rob” her with a knife. The victim spotted two of the suspects exiting a room at the motel and pointed them out to the deputies. The deputies detained both suspects without incident. A knife was recovered by deputies believed to be the weapon used in the attempted robbery. Both suspects were arrested for attempted robbery.

Members of the community are reminded that if they “SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.” Together, law enforcement and the community can fight crime.
