Seven suspects were arrested after deputies discover a home in Crestline being used as a drug house

SUSPECT(S): Roxanne Riggs, age 60, Craig Gonzales, age 60, William Wilder, age 44, Daniel Houle, age 27, Brandon Kays, age 26, Samantha Stockbridge, age 22, and Jenika Hamilton, age 25 all residents of Crestline.

SUMMARY: On Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at approximately 9:00 am, deputies from the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) served a search warrant in the 500 block of Acacia Drive in Crestline. During the service of the search warrant, deputies recovered a substantial amount of crystal methamphetamine, black tar heroin, a large amount of drug paraphernalia, and a stun gun. Seven suspects were contacted at the residence who were identified and arrested for a variety of narcotic related offenses. These offenses included the illegal possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a drug house.
During the investigation, Riggs, the owner of the residence, was interviewed and was subsquently arrested for violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11366, maintaining a place for the use and/or distribution of narcotics. All seven suspects were later booked at West Valley Detention Center on their charges.
