Synopsis: The SDPD SWAT team assisted Mid-City Detectives today at 3659 University Ave. Several subjects were detained as a result of the SWAT Incident. Those subjects are currently being questioned and detectives are continuing their investigation of a series of pedestrian robberies in the Mid-City Division and throughout the county. No further information is available at this time. A press release will be forthcoming within the next 24 hours with the details of the outcome of this incident and the ongoing investigation.
