Middleton Police arrested Jamison T. Schwarz of Middleton
for 4
th Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated
after crashing his car late Sunday night.

On Sunday, September 22 at 10:42pm, Middleton Police Dispatch received a call of a crash in the 7300 block of South
Avenue. Officers responded and found that Schwarz’s car
had collided with a parked car, causing extensive damage to
both vehicles.

Responding officers noted that Schwarz smelled of
intoxicants. Upon Schwarz’s completion of field sobriety
tests, he was arrested for OWI—4
th Offense; a felony.
Schwarz submitted to a chemical test of his breath, which
registered a 0.16%--twice the legal limit.

Schwarz was booked into the Dane County Jail for the Felony
OWI.
