George Street will be closed between Huntington Street and Bishop Place for The Scarlet Day of Service. During the closure the SAC bus stop will not be serviced, instead riders can use the bus stops along College Avenue.

As part of the ongoing Route 18 resurfacing project at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, the NJ Department of Transportation has advised that on or about Monday, September 30, 2019, there will be overnight closures of highway ramps. Specifically, the on and off ramps in the area of Buckingham Drive and ending at Route 27 will be impacted on Route 18 South. Upon completion of the southbound lanes, work will shift to the northbound lanes.
Work will begin daily around 10:00PM and end at approximately 5:00AM; weather permitting.
Detours have been posted, but motorists are advised to plan ahead and use caution while traveling in the impacted areas.
