NORTHEASTERN LOGAN AND SOUTHWESTERN MCLEAN COUNTIES...
At 449 PM CDT, radar indicated a possible tornado 5 miles northeast
of Atlanta, moving east-northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed a tornado near Emden at 423 pm.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
